What is DIGIWorxspace?

Who is DIGIWorxspace suitable for?
For organisations that want to work securely and in a modern way without hassle: a clear, predictable Worxspace for the whole team, easy to extend as you grow.
Who is DIGIWorxspace less suitable for?
Do you need a lot of customisation, complex migrations, extensive telephone support or fully outsourced IT management? Then a managed IT service is a better fit, and we are happy to help you with that too.
What if I want customisation or a personal IT team?

Is DIGIWorxspace also for private individuals?
No. DIGIWorxspace is only for businesses registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK).
What is included in DIGIWorxspace?
Microsoft 365 Business Premium, one security baseline, monitoring and management of the tenant, and digital support. Depending on the chosen profile, managed administration, EDR, backup and Copilot are added. Telephone support from a person is not included and costs € 2.50 per minute.
Is Microsoft 365 included?
Yes. Microsoft 365 Business Premium is included in the price of every profile, including the Office apps, Teams and 1 TB of secure cloud storage per user.
I already have Microsoft 365. Can I switch?
Yes. We bring your existing environment into DIGIWorxspace and set it up according to our baseline, including your domain name, e-mail settings and permissions. Is it a large or complex migration, for example a lot of customisation, several environments or a lot of data that needs to come along? Then our sister brand Worxspace is a better fit: there, a dedicated team of IT specialists guides the switch personally. Visit worxspace.nl.
Is DIGIWorxspace more expensive than just a licence?
Per month you pay more than for a single licence, because set-up, security, management and support are included. In return, you need no hours of your own and no separate IT invoices for setting up and maintaining your environment.
How quickly can I start?
After your order the set-up is arranged within one working day: we prepare your Microsoft tenant and configure it according to our standard, strong, secure security baseline. If you also order hardware, its delivery may take longer, but your environment will already be ready.
What is the difference between Online, Cyber-Secure and AI-Ready?
Online is the secure Microsoft 365 foundation for organisations that work device-independently. Cyber-Secure adds device management, EDR and backup. AI-Ready extends Cyber-Secure with the Microsoft Copilot bundle. You choose one profile for the whole organisation.
Do I have to start with AI straight away?
No. You can start with the Online or the Cyber-Secure Worxspace. Your permissions and security are then already in good order. Once you are ready for Copilot, you switch to AI-Ready, for the whole organisation at once.
Why can't I combine profiles?
One profile for the whole organisation keeps your environment secure, consistent and predictable. Switching to another profile is possible, but always for the whole organisation.
Can I switch profiles?
Yes, but always for the whole organisation, for example from Cyber-Secure to AI-Ready. Using profiles side by side is not possible. The change takes effect from the next month and you arrange the request yourself in the portal.
How does onboarding and offboarding of employees work?
New colleagues are created automatically according to the same secure baseline: account, licences, security and access are right from the start. When someone leaves, the account is securely blocked and neatly closed, so that no loose ends or open access are left behind.
What happens to my data and is this GDPR-proof?
Your data remains yours and is stored within the Microsoft 365 environment in European data centres. The environment is set up according to the applicable privacy and security standards, so that you comply with the GDPR. If you switch provider, you get your data back in good order.
What about backup and recovery?
The Cyber-Secure and AI-Ready Worxspace include cloud backup as standard. With the Online Worxspace you choose the Cloud Backup module for this. In both cases we back up your Microsoft 365 data with a configurable retention period. Deleted or damaged files, e-mails and documents can then be restored within the retention period.
What support do I get?
Online, Cyber-Secure and AI-Ready include digital support: the digital assistant in the portal helps you straight away. We pick up reports on working days as quickly as possible. Prefer to call? On the phone you first get an AI agent, who will transfer you to a support colleague if needed. Telephone support from a person costs € 2.50 per minute, invoiced afterwards.
Am I tied in? What is the notice period?
You enter into a commitment of one year. You pay per user per month and can scale up monthly. Scaling down is not simply possible and depends on the licences you have agreed; you can cancel at the end of the contract period. That way you always know in advance where you stand.
