One fixed security baseline
Every DIGIWorxspace environment gets the same fixed security baseline: hundreds of coordinated policies in your Microsoft 365 environment. You do not have to figure anything out and everything stays in order.
Manage users through the portal
A new colleague? A few clicks and the account, apps, permissions and security are ready. Someone leaving? Then access is closed just as quickly. In the portal you manage users and modules and keep an eye on your costs.
Security in every Worxspace
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) and up-to-date software are part of every Worxspace. From the Cyber-Secure Worxspace onwards, a managed laptop, daily cloud backup and SentinelOne EDR are added. That way you can answer customer questions about MFA, backups and data protection.
Worxspace live within one working day
No advisory project, no quote. Because everything is standardised, your Worxspace is ready within one working day. If you order hardware, we agree the delivery with you in advance.
Domain name and e-mail set up correctly
Your own domain name is linked to Microsoft 365, including MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC. That way your e-mail arrives reliably and nobody can simply send e-mail in your name.
One fixed price per user
Licence, set-up, security, management and digital support are included in one price per user per month. From € 29,95 excl. VAT Modules, hardware and telephone support are charged separately.
Roles and permissions in Microsoft 365, from day one
At the start it is decided who has which role and who can access which files. No more 'everyone can access everything', but a structure that grows with your team.
Management by AI agents
AI agents take care of routine work: creating accounts, rolling out updates and spotting deviations. They are available 24/7 through DigiX in your portal. A support colleague is available on working days from 08:00 to 17:30. By phone you first get an AI agent, who will transfer you to a support colleague if needed. Speaking to a support colleague costs € 2.50 per minute, invoiced afterwards based on actual use.

AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot work with the files a user can access. If your permissions are not set up properly, AI will also find what is not meant for everyone. That is why we do not just sell licences, but order: a foundation on which AI works safely.

In brief: the most important questions
I already have Microsoft 365. Can I switch?
Yes. We bring your existing environment into DIGIWorxspace and set it up according to our baseline, including your domain name, e-mail settings and permissions. Is it a large or complex migration, for example a lot of customisation, several environments or a lot of data that needs to come along? Then our sister brand Worxspace is a better fit: there, a dedicated team of IT specialists guides the switch personally. Visit worxspace.nl.
Is DIGIWorxspace more expensive than just a licence?
Per month you pay more than for a single licence, because set-up, security, management and support are included. In return, you need no hours of your own and no separate IT invoices for setting up and maintaining your environment.
Do I have to start with AI straight away?
No. You can start with the Online or the Cyber-Secure Worxspace. Your permissions and security are then already in good order. Once you are ready for Copilot, you switch to AI-Ready, for the whole organisation at once.
Why can't I combine profiles?
One profile for the whole organisation keeps your environment secure, consistent and predictable. Switching to another profile is possible, but always for the whole organisation.
What if I want customisation or a personal IT team?
Then DIGIWorxspace is not the right fit. We deliberately work with one standard. Choose Worxspace instead, our sister brand within Techone: a dedicated team of IT specialists sets up your IT environment personally, even when it involves customisation. Visit worxspace.nl.
Is DIGIWorxspace also for private individuals?
No. DIGIWorxspace is only for businesses registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK).
