Customer service

You get digital support: a digital assistant in the portal and a support agent. We pick up reports on working days as quickly as possible.

You can also call. You will first be answered by an AI agent, who can transfer you to a support colleague. A conversation with a person on the phone is not included in any package and costs € 2.50 per minute. We settle this afterwards, based on actual use.

Term and cancellation

Our service is a continuing agreement with a minimum term of 12 months. After that, the agreement is tacitly renewed for the same period, unless you cancel in writing with a notice period of 3 months (article A.3.2 of our general terms and conditions).

Warranty and returning hardware

• Hardware carries a 1-year warranty after delivery, according to the specifications (article D.2).
• A longer manufacturer's warranty remains valid and your statutory warranty remains unaffected.
• The warranty lapses in the event of unauthorised modifications or careless use.
• When making a warranty claim, you return the hardware and the associated accessories as far as possible in their original condition (article D.3).
• The costs of returning are for your account.

Right of withdrawal

Our services are intended exclusively for business customers. The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers therefore does not apply. The periods in our general terms and conditions apply to cancellation.
